Thaumaturgy, the power to work miracles, Thaumaturgic spells are designed to draw power from the divine, though it's not like Invocation, Invocation is asking, Thaumaturgy is taking. Thaumaturgy is dangerous, it involves drawing power from a divine source, and channeling through oneself to perform miracles, but mortal bodies begin to burn up with that amount of power. At best one is left magically sterile, unable to cast even the most minor of spells, and at worst dead.
