Konakis

Template:Deity

Konakis is the Elven god of lust, promiscuity and assassins, who is a member of the Elven Pantheon.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Konakis resembles an imposing, nude and muscular Dark Elf man with curved horn-like blades growing from his forehead, elongated fangs and a visible erection. Idols of him generally include him being surrounded by concubines.

History[edit | edit source]

Before the fracturing of Elven culture, Konakis was a god of furtive acts and common desire. Forsaken by all but the Dark Elves, he has been corrupted into a god of violent promiscuity.

Realm[edit | edit source]

The Elven Pantheon lives in the Drassalion, a tumultuous realm located in the Space In-Between where the Gods of Light constantly battle the Gods of Shadow for authority over the Elven race.

Personality[edit | edit source]

Konakis is a selfish and wretched creature who encourages his followers to indulge in their carnal desires, no matter how banal they might be. He delights in acts of hedonism and in forcing himself into others, which the Dark Elves are known to do. Konakis enjoys deception and precision over mindless murder, as he finds the former more entertaining.

Relationships[edit | edit source]

Konakis is a sibling of the other Dark Elven gods and a servant of Sethneas. He has no contact with deities outside of his pantheon.

Cult of Konakis[edit | edit source]

Konakis' branch of the Cult of Bloody Murder preaches hedonism and Dark Elven superiority. It is more popular among the aristocratic branch of Mirselen society, while it is relatively out of focus among the military. The cult of Konakis are well-known rivals of the cult of Lelaugith, and the two often battle violently over religious matters, a fact which greatly amuses both deities.

The Wood Elves continue worshipping Konakis' original incarnation, but the god no longer pays them any heed.
