Precognitocracy

The term precognitocracy literally means «government of the precognitor» and is derived from the Greek word κράτος (krátos, «power, domain, government») and the word "precognition, foreknowledge of an event".

A precognitocracy is an oligarchic or elitist form of government where decision-making rests with individuals, hive minds or artificial intelligences with precognition abilities, that is, with the ability of predict the future.
