Tarrasque[edit | edit source]
When a fearling grows mountainous in its power and size it becomes known as a Tarrasque. A beast which hides as completely as it possibly can until disturbed. When discovered, or sometimes even when its location or name becomes "known" a tarrasque will burst from the earth and rampage, destroying anything and everything that it can even vaguely perceive as a threat. It leaves nothing behind but dust and the sufficiently terrorized. It can be goaded by attacks and insufficiently fearful witnesses to prolong this panic until it finally burrows into the earth in a final desperate terror to huddle and hide out of reach of "everything".
