This template takes up to three parameters and arranges them as a formatted fraction.
{{frac|integer|numerator|denominator}}{{frac|numerator|denominator}}{{frac|denominator}}{{frac}}
When one parameter is passed, the numerator is assumed to be "1".
If no parameter is passed, it returns just the "fraction slash" symbol.
